Bolts for inward a outward opening doors are different so be sure to choose the right ones and with inward opening doors make sure that there is enough room on the frame to fit the bolt keep.

When choosing the correct size of latches and locks either measure the old ones or on new doors make sure that the rose or backplate of the handles do not go beyond the glazed and panelled areas.
